Shipping & Returns

Vérité orders are hand-packed at our Montana studio and typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. All U.S. orders are shipped with tracking, and standard shipping is always complimentary.

Expedited and international shipping are available on request. Please contact veriteparfum@gmail.com prior to ordering.

Because fragrance is a personal purchase, we accept returns only on unopened bottles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email veriteparfum@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Opened bottles cannot be returned. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned bottle being received.

If your order arrives damaged, please email veriteparfum@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the shipping box and the bottle. We will replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
