Shipping & Returns

Vérité orders are hand-packed at our Montana studio and typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. All U.S. orders are shipped with tracking. Complimentary standard shipping is included on orders over $200; orders under $200 are $12 flat.

Expedited and international shipping are available on request — please contact veriteparfum@gmail.com prior to ordering.

Because fragrance is a personal purchase, we accept returns only on unopened bottles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email veriteparfum@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Opened bottles cannot be returned. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned bottle being received.

If your order arrives damaged, please email veriteparfum@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the shipping box and the bottle. We will replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
